The course will also cover the setting and achieving of performance goals and how the team can best be developed over time. After completing this course, the learner will understand:

T1. Your Project Management Team: This topic will make a distinction between sponsors and team members, provide an overview for maintaining sponsorship of a project, and offer tips for forming an effective project team.
T2. Performance Goals: This topic will provide the learner with various procedures and strategies for improving team motivation and the setting and achievement of performance goals.
T3. Developing the Team: This topic will provide the learner with tips for establishing strong team morale, and includes examples of effective team-building activities.
T4. Matrix Management: This project will familiarize the learner with the method of matrix management through the use of "the six methods of influence."
