This course will discuss the issues that tend to arise with project management, such as conflicts, time, and quality of the project. This course will also discuss the likelihood of such issues, as well as the causes, challenges, benefits, and resolutions. After completing this program, the learner will be able to:

- Address the necessity of planning and prioritizing in order to meet a deadline.
- Ensure the quality of a project.
T1. Conflict: This topic will discuss the likelihood of conflict in the business environment, and will explain causes, challenges, benefits, and eventual resolution.
T2. Time: This topic will impart to the learner the benefits of time management in terms of project scheduling, and will discuss crunch time, planning, prioritizing, and more.
T3. Quality: This topic will define quality, and discuss its importance to project managers and the entire project team as well as to the customer.
