T1. Managing Change: This topic will discuss understanding and managing change and the fear that stems from it, particularly the anxieties of the leader, and will encourage three steps for preparing for and dealing with change.
T2. Me First: This topic will present the learner with information about influencing others and being open to change as the catalyst to influencing others to change.
T3. Influencing Styles: This topic will provide an introduction to the concept of influence and how it can be both intentional and unintentional; the topic will also cover the various styles of influence.
T4. Managing Conflict: This topic will familiarize the learner with conflict recognition and best practices for managing each type, including informational, procedural, developmental, and more.
