Sexual Harassment_CA    This topic will define sexual harassment as a discriminatory behavior that is prohibited by law, and will inform the learner on the examples and different scenarios of sexual harassment.
History of Sexual Harassment_CA    This topic will inform the learner about past sexual harassment cases which lead to important laws in the workplace.
Federal Sexual Harassment Law_CA    This topic will define Sexual Harassment under federal law and will discuss gender biased discrimination, retaliation and investing allegations.
State Sexual Harassment Law_CA    This topic will inform the learner about the California’s prohibition against sexual harassment and will discuss favoritism in the workplace, the supervisor’s role, and how to file a claim.
Sexually Harassing Behaviors_CA    This topic will instruct the learner on how to recognize sexual harassing behaviors and the effects that harassment has on victims, perpetrators, bystanders, and the organization as a whole.
Hostile Environment_CA    This topic will define a hostile environment in the workplace and inform the learner the difference between a hostile work environment and a non-hostile work environment.
Channels of Sexual Harassment_CA    This topic will discuss the four methods by which sexual harassment is communicated: physical, verbal, non-verbal, and written, and examples and signs of each.

What To Do If You Are Being Harassed_CA    This topic will provide the learner with several factors that should be used to determine if certain behaviors constitute sexual harassment, in addition to providing advice on addressing harassers and reporting harassment.
