Asia Annual Survey Of Letter Of Credit Law And Practice

The Annual Survey is organized by the Institute of International Banking Law & Practice and has become the LC industry’s premier two-day conference providing structured interaction between the participants and leading world-class experts. eBSI’s First Director, Mr. Vincent O’Brien was among the expert panelists during the Asia Tour this year.

Each year since 1992, attendees of the Survey have included senior LC bankers, attorneys, LC users, and other LC specialists. SWIFT has regularly been represented by one or more expert professionals participating in our panel discussions at our Annual Survey events around the world. Mr. O’Brien is also one of our most popular panelists.

eBSI was represented on the panel of the 2004 Asia Annual Survey of Letter of Credit Law & Practice conferences in China (Beijing, 8-9 July); Hong Kong (12-13 July); and Singapore (15-16 July).
