  • Expectations of the FDIC for financial institutions' compliance with overdraft rules.
  • Rules established by the FDIC for financial institutions' Board of Directors (BODs).

Course Topics

T1. Overdraft Rules: This topic will teach the learner about the overdraft guidance notices that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has issued to provide expectations on the way that financial institutions handle overdraft payment programs.
