This course will introduce the learner to the benefits that branding offers to customers. Additionally, the learner will become familiar with the versatility of an effective brand and how companies can improve their existing products through branding. Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will have a strong understanding of the following:
- Effective brands and graphics.
- Customer-oriented brand awareness.
- Dispensing the brand.
T1. Defining and Classifying Products for Branding: This topic will provide an overview of the elements of branding, the usefulness of brands, features of an effective brand, and mission statements.
T2. Effective Brands and Graphics: This topic will provide an overview of elements of a successful brand name and slogan, the value of creating a good brand name, slogans, colors, and fonts.
T3. Customer Oriented Brand Awareness: This topic will provide an overview of employeesÆ perspectives, brand interaction with customers, the importance of media, and staying connected to customers.
T4. Dispensing the Brand: This topic will provide an overview of launch types, facets of an internal launch, effective launch strategies, and evaluating the brandÆs vitality.
T5. Examine Data and Feedback: This topic will provide an overview of strategizing, refreshing the brand, and extending the brand.
