This course will discuss the project management process. The learner will become acquainted with the project lifecycle methodology. After completing this program, the learner will be able to:

• Plan, design, and develop projects effectively.
• Implement, support, and control in keeping with the project lifecycle methodology.
• Use various tools of the project manager.
