Vincent O’Brien was invited by the International Finance Corporation to speak at their 6^th Annual Trade Finance Seminar on 10 March 2010 about the trends in Trade Fraud since the Financial Crisis and to give an overview of the new URDG 758 rules that will enter into force on 1 July 2010.
