I just returned today from vacations and was very very pleased to receive so high assessment of my results. Thank you very much for your support during the learning process and your kind words. I was happy to participate in the program and I learned a lot from it. It was a big pleasure to cooperate with you and your colleagues, and we will stay in touch!
I am currently undertaking the international trade specialist course delivered by elearning by the electronic business school of Ireland. It so far I can say that I like the course materials and the online support structure which allows me to fit my learning in when it is convenient for me. This is especially important for me given my many tasks in Nigerian Export Import Bank and other activities. I find the Finance course especially practical since I can post technical questions on forums and receive replies from ICC experts.
This course was very important for me. Firstly it was a new way of studying for me, secondly there were very interesting course materials on the CDs provided which were easy and convenient to study with many interesting examples. Thirdly I liked the direct contact with experienced teachers, discussion of real-life problems on online sessions and forums. Finally I enjoyed making new contact with peoples from the entire word.
The online sessions proved very useful in communicating online with course lecturers and fellow students. I could cover the course material at my own pace and in my own time. I found the comprehensive materials contained in the CD ROMs of the ITS programme to contain a wealth of information for the would be exporter.
I found the entire course very beneficial as it allowed me to get a better knowledge of certain areas that were relatively new to our company. I also found the workshops and online sessions very interesting as they provided me with the opportunity to interact with the other participants and to hear their opinions on the topics discussed. The continuous assessment was an excellent method of reinforcing a lot of the material that I had studied on the CD Roms. The availability of a forum of the website is an excellent idea for any future queries that we may have and to keep up to date with the latest developments.|
“Thomas Smith knows his subject very well. He articulates his thoughts in a very communicative manner through his notes for us to understand the subject very well. When you have read his notes, you don't need to look anywhere else for clarifications - very thorough and precise! Look forward to more online classes with him.”

I looked at traditional learning but with my busy work schedule it didn't suit me. With the eBSI course, I could study when I wanted. Some days I didn't study much, then other times I would sit down and do a lot all together - and there was always guidance and encouragement from the eBSI team... as well as deadlines for assessment submission!!! This helped me to keep a good study rhythm and to get the best out of the course. At the very least, the ITS qualification I have gained will be a very useful compliment to my banking experience on my CV!
What does a Vietnamese trade practitioner lack? Exposure to ICC experts, exchange with colleagues working in 'big name' organisations, and especially important - real case studies from all over the world. I got all these invaluable resources from eBSI at a cost which was great value for money. And amazingly enough, studying from home I was able to get an internationally recognized certificate!![]() |
“I enjoyed this international trade course very much. It helped my to be promoted in my job. eBSI Tutors were always in the right place, helping us all the time and giving updated materials. I want to thank you once again for being perfect teachers. |
It gives me a great pleasure in getting successful completion of my ITS programme. And to this, once again I am extremely indebted to the entire team of eBSI for their constant support / guidance / help to make this possible for me. I would also like to extend my special gratitude to Mr. Vincent O’Brien for giving me this opportunity to be a an ITS through your esteemed institution. His encouragement guidance only allowed me to achieve this milestone. Thank you, Sir. Let me assure you that I will make full use of your online campus in improving myself and my fellow colleagues / friends. Once again I am extremely thankful for your all support and help.
