Having worked in the international banking sector in Pakistan for many years I found the practical approach to Mr. O’Brien’s school and the clear content of the CD ROMS and Online Sessions to be of great value. I recommend this programme to anyone working working with Importers, Exporters and in International Banking in general. The support from the Online Campus is second to none!
I am writing this feedback to thank to all team of eBSI for the work they do and to tell those interested in ITS Programme how beneficial it is not just to enlarge your professional knowledge but also to start a new business career. ITS course was my first step into the international trade world. After absolving that course and with my knowledge of languages I got a job as an export manager in Spain. What I highly appreciate on the ITS course is that you can get from this course what you really need either deep knowledge about certain area of International Trade thanks to the high qualified tutors or you can just obtain general knowledge about International Trade which will definitely help you in your further career.
For me the best part of the programme was the interaction between the participants from the various professional disciplines of international trade, including exporters, importers, bankers, forwarders, marketeers, customs and other professionals. This blending of structured CD ROM content with online tutorials from highly experienced practitioners develops a network of trade contacts that lasts long after completion of the programme.|

When I joined the eBSI, the company I work for was just building up its international sales department and we missed up-to-date information and experience. This programme gave us an overview of all the different fields to consider before going global. Though the program of your local Chamber of Commerce you can find specific learning units dealing with one geographical region or a dedicated law system but you sometimes miss the basis steps. The online learning is also a very comfortable way of going through the program at your own speed and without stress. We already picked up some ideas to implement direcly in our own export plan.” August 3, 2007 |
The ITS Accreditation Programme is a golden opportunity to learn about International Trade. Communicating with eBSI tutors and the possibility to share opinions and views with fellow students meant that I really enjoyed and benefited from the learning process.
My experience with the International Trade Specialist Training Programme has opened new doors and presented new opportunities for my company. The course material was concise and laid out in plain easy to understand language. The elearning dimension was of tremendous benefit as I could learn in my own time and the online sessions added to that benefit. The staff at ebsi are exceptionally professional in their methodology and this added significantly to my experience. I have no difficulty in endorsing the ITS accreditation programme and in recommending it to anyone interested in the area of International Trade.

This course was very important for me. Firstly it was a new way of studying for me, secondly there were very interesting course materials on the CDs provided which were easy and convenient to study with many interesting examples. Thirdly I liked the direct contact with experienced teachers, discussion of real-life problems on online sessions and forums. Finally I enjoyed making new contact with peoples from the entire word.|
“Thomas Smith knows his subject very well. He articulates his thoughts in a very communicative manner through his notes for us to understand the subject very well. When you have read his notes, you don't need to look anywhere else for clarifications - very thorough and precise! Look forward to more online classes with him.”
