Working as a consultant on the road I thought it would be a good idea to undertake a professional course of study. The ITS Accreditation has exceeded my expectations. The eLearning Technology meant I could study in an engaging manner at a time and a pace that matched my busy schedule. The quality of learning elements brought to bear by the trade professionals working at the eBSI was a breath of fresh air after paper based correspondence courses. I have finished the programme but I am still hooked on participation in the online activities.
There is always a lot to learn does not matter how many years of practical experience one has. eBSI International Trade Specialist Accreditation program fits in any busy working schedule and provides a great deal of very practical knowledge of international trade and finance. I graduated in 2004. For me knowledge from ITS is invaluable, I benefited from it both as a trade finance banker and adviser to my customers on multiple trade-related issues. Besides, it is a good preparation for CDCS exam. I highly recommend the program, it is very flexible and useful for anyone pursuing career in international trade.
I am really glad I have successfully completed the course. It was very useful for me indeed - the fact I was undergoing a western international trade course helped me to find a better job at an innovative IT company already in the process of study. The marketing and e-commerce modules provided me with the relevant guidance for my every day activities in the new position and the comments from the tutors have been very useful, too. And certainly I enjoyed the friendly and student-oriented atmosphere of the online school.![]() |

Its been a real pleasure studying under your support. I must acknowledge one thing, which I have experienced while I studied. You have been tremendous support. It never happened a single time, when I requested something from you and you did not respond within 24 hours. It may look very easy, but actually a person who knows operations or customer support can identify it as an orchestrated effort which require high quality management skill and high level of commitment. I am sure that even though my ITS programme ends up here, we will remain part of EBSI alumni network and team for ever. Thank you for every support and cooperation you provided to us during this programme.
I express my sincere thanks and appreciation for eBSI support during the ITS Accreditation. Substantial savings achieved at "Magna Donnelly" are a direct result of knowledge gained from the course. Recognition for the quality course content is acknowledged at corporate level in the US and Canada.
This course was very important for me. Firstly it was a new way of studying for me, secondly there were very interesting course materials on the CDs provided which were easy and convenient to study with many interesting examples. Thirdly I liked the direct contact with experienced teachers, discussion of real-life problems on online sessions and forums. Finally I enjoyed making new contact with peoples from the entire word.
I have no doubt that my attendance at EBSI was an exiting but most of all a very useful experience. The course complimented my more theoretical third level studies. I liked the way the topics were taught and these practical methods (especially the graphical representations) made issues clearer and more accessible to the learner. The evaluation techniques were very well developed. I especially appreciated the ways the Incoterms were explained and the Online sessions.
This exciting programme provides participants with a detailed insight into the steps, rules and procedures required to develop and operate a successful export and import business. I would like to thank Mr Vincent O'Brien for his support which played a large part in my success and helped me win the Enterprise Ireland Gold Medal for best overall results.
The ITS is excellent for anyone working, or thinking of working, in International Trade. Feedback from eBSI on the Open Exercises and the industry trade study was very clear with supportive direction provided.
