Learning Unit Summary

In recent years the world economy has been undergoing profound changes. Domestic trade has become global trade, where the entire world is a global market. You are now probably working on a computer which was produced in China using Japanese chips and an American operating system. You may be wearing a pair of trousers made in Taiwan, Italian sunglasses and a Swiss watch. Perhaps tonight you will have a glass of Spanish or Chilean wine or a cup of Kenyan coffee with your dinner. You may drive a Korean or German car, use a Finnish phone or smoke Cuban cigars. This is our reality today, which has become possible due to globalization.

  • test-vgrabI have no doubt that my attendance at EBSI was an exiting but most of all a very useful experience. The course complimented my more theoretical third level studies. I liked the way the topics were taught and these practical methods (especially the graphical representations) made issues clearer and more accessible to the learner. The evaluation techniques were very well developed. I especially appreciated the ways the Incoterms were explained and the Online sessions.
In conclusion I can say that it was a very, very useful experience for me... especially that the ITS Accreditation compliments so well my Academy diploma!
Thanks a lot for that wonderful opportunity!!!

  • review2My experience with the ITS course is that International Trade is NOT Commerce,Economics or Business Studies it is simply International Trade so having had diverse experience in Communication,Marketing and Public Relations,I still find the course a novel experience with each phase and module as challenging , stimulating and as rewarding as the others couple with the wizardry expertise, patience, and support of the Lecturers.

But he satisfied me. He is a person who really understands the requirement of client and can deliver the service at affordable cost. I regard him as a great customer relation manager. • test_ifetiniucThe ITS Accreditation was very beneficial for upgrading my business skills. I have got an Executive MBA in 1998, and I was looking for a certified program in the field of international trade that should be comprehensive, of high quality, with top faculties available anytime for whatever questions you might get in your project work, or training sessions. The eBSI was the right school for me. I was exciting to observe and take part in the creation of an international mindset. I had fun, every on-line session I spent enriched me with good business knowledge and understanding of people and cultures.

  • Ivan “I have no hesitation to recommend ITS Accreditation and Export Training Programmes, as a person who had been actively involved (working in Ireland) in
its launching in 2001-2002. It is great professional pleasure having seen that ten years after its foundation eBSI Export Academy programmes are attracting so
many professionals worldwide keen to improve their knowledge in International Finance Methods and International Trade Practice.

  • testtcurridI found the entire course very beneficial as it allowed me to get a better knowledge of certain areas that were relatively new to our company. I also found the workshops and online sessions very interesting as they provided me with the opportunity to interact with the other participants and to hear their opinions on the topics discussed. The continuous assessment was an excellent method of reinforcing a lot of the material that I had studied on the CD Roms. The availability of a forum of the website is an excellent idea for any future queries that we may have and to keep up to date with the latest developments.
