I am currently undertaking the international trade specialist course delivered by elearning by the electronic business school of Ireland. It so far I can say that I like the course materials and the online support structure which allows me to fit my learning in when it is convenient for me. This is especially important for me given my many tasks in Nigerian Export Import Bank and other activities. I find the Finance course especially practical since I can post technical questions on forums and receive replies from ICC experts.
I graduated ITS accreditation in 2004. Living in the Republic of Moldova, it was so convenient to study this well-designed and interesting program! It is very useful to enlarge existing knowledge and to extend horizon with the specified practical issues for those persons wishing to improve their qualifications. The Exchange of experience and special networking between trainers (always happy to help you and to gave knowledge and advice) and students from different countries makes the program very valuable! |
“I recommend Thomas and the work he has developed on the ITS program. I took the program about two years ago and it is a very well designed program which will give a sound knowledge on Export Market, E-commerce, Finance. It is very flexible and with a lot of support and a virtual campus where you can bring comments into it or enter the forum and read other users comments and discussions.

“The eBSI course I followed in 2004/2005 changed my mind about remote learning; unlike some of the boring, largely unmotivating training I had taken previously, I found this course very stimulating and it encouraged me to delve even more into the complex area of global trade. Though I have never met Thomas personally, I feel I know him well through the interactive sessions and easy telephone/email access when and as needed. He comes across as a dynamic person, very knowledgeable in his area and who constantly strives to enrich and improve the approach to remote learning” August 2, 2007

I have no doubt that my attendance at EBSI was an exiting but most of all a very useful experience. The course complimented my more theoretical third level studies. I liked the way the topics were taught and these practical methods (especially the graphical representations) made issues clearer and more accessible to the learner. The evaluation techniques were very well developed. I especially appreciated the ways the Incoterms were explained and the Online sessions.
The course material was informative, interesting and incredibly detailed. The CD's were fun to use, and very user friendly. I interacted with the Learning Guides and staff on an almost daily basis, the response was always swift and courteous.
This course was very important for me. Firstly it was a new way of studying for me, secondly there were very interesting course materials on the CDs provided which were easy and convenient to study with many interesting examples. Thirdly I liked the direct contact with experienced teachers, discussion of real-life problems on online sessions and forums. Finally I enjoyed making new contact with peoples from the entire word.
After considerable research, I finally opted for this programme. It really does cover the fundamental aspects of International Trade in an innovative, relevent and above all practical manner. Tutors are highly experienced with excellent communication skills, and the online campus and student interaction is a major benefit. Highly recommended and very worthwhile indeed!![]() |
