For this reason it is of the utmost importance to have information about the activity of our website, we must know about our audience. In this unit we will analyse the information we should have at our disposal. It is therefore essential that our ISP can provide us an adequate web statistics service.

I liked the way the topics were taught and these practical methods (especially the graphical representations) made issues clearer and more accessible to the learner.
