In 2000 he was a participant in the study program of the Canadian government "Strategic Information Management and Planning" focused on creating Action plans for eGoverments.
Guide Update: From 2002 a member of a broader group for “White paper on E-commerce in the Czech Republic”, a strategic action plan for implementing E-commerce legislation and support for SMEs.
